Comments

The Transparency Portal of Sevilla link named 'Cuentas Anuales' (Annual Expenses) refers to the National Accountability website of Tribunal de Cuentas (a statel-level government agency for the control the economic contability of public bodies). All this submission to census.okfn.org was done analyzing that site. The last expenditures reported aren't up to date (2012), but that's legal under the current terms of law.
