The Transparency Portal of Sevilla links to the Procurement Platform (a municipal website). This website allows to search and filter data about public procurement for lots of criteria. The information to publish mandatory by law about how, what and who and is being contracted is enclosed in PDF files. There is no information about re-use and licenses.
