The municipal website sevilla.org links to the "Red de vigilancia y control de la calidad del aire" website (a regional-level agency). All this submission to census.okfn.org was done analyzing that site. Good data quality (content) in non downloadable HTML browseable in a day-per-day basis with a licence discouraging from re-use of data.
